Refund Policy
At Janki, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund process is designed to offer flexibility and convenience, whether you've paid online or via cash on delivery (COD).
For prepaid orders, once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes all quality checks, we will initiate the refund right away. You'll receive the refunded amount directly to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For COD orders, we offer the option of providing gift cards for the refunded amount. If you prefer this option, the gift card will be issued immediately upon processing the return. However, if you'd rather receive a refund to your original payment method, we're happy to accommodate your request.
Please note that once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes all quality checks, the refund process may take up to 7-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.
