Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Our team will handle the pickup from your shipping address at no extra charge. To initiate the process, apply online on our website in the returns and exchanges section.

Once we receive the return parcel in our warehouse, we'll begin processing your refund. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you paid with a prepaid method, the refund will go back to the original source account. For COD payments, we'll request your UPI ID for the transfer.
