You are more precious than silver to us and if you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund or exchange your purchase. Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Our team will handle the pickup from your shipping address at no extra charge. To initiate the process, apply online on our website in the returns and exchanges section.
Once we receive the return parcel in our warehouse, we'll begin processing your refund. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you paid with a prepaid method, the refund will go back to the original source account. For COD payments, we'll request your UPI ID for the transfer.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders within the India will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
Personalised orders might take 10-15 days as product is custom made according to order.

- Remove your jewellery before going to bed
- Avoid direct sunlight, heat or cold, especially stay away from humidity
- Remove jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming
- Remove jewellery when participating physical activities, eg. Cleaning/gardening
- Clean the jewellery after each use and occasionally wipe with a soft cloth.
- Jewellery should be stored away separately in an air-tight jewellery box.
